On the outside of the helmet the Yellow Dot continues to be the focal point for the safety conscious customer. The default logo to use is called the Main logo.

The Mips logo is mandatory on the outside of the helmet.
The logo should be surrounded by a 60% freezone from other logotypes.
We only allow one Mips logo on the outside of the helmet. For best visibility the logo needs to be surrounded by 60% free space from other logos or communication.
The Mips logo position is key to achieve the best visibility and to keep consistency for the consumer when recognizing a helmet with a Mips safety system. Our goal is to always achieve the same logo placement. However, we understand that in some cases due to different helmet geometries and other design constraints the optimum logo placement is not possible. For these cases we have alternative logo placement guidelines.
